Stripe Connect Platform Agreement

A Connect platform can help you create your Stripe account or integrate your existing Stripe account into the Connect platform. A Connect Platform may also perform activities on your behalf, provided that this is in accordance with your Platform Agreement. A full service agreement creates a service relationship between Stripe and the associated account holder. Accounts connected under the full service agreement can process card payments and request card_payments. Payment services for [account holder lifetime, e.g. .B. driver or seller] on [platform name] are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which contains Stripe`s Terms of Service (together the “Striptease Service Agreement”). By accepting [this Agreement/these terms/etc.] or continuing to work as [Account Holder Term] on [Platform Name], you agree to be bound by the Stripe Service Agreement, which may be amended from time to time by Stripe. As a condition for [Platform Name] to enable payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize [Platform Name] to communicate such information and transactional information related to your use of payment processing services provided by Stripe. Stripe offers Connect Platforms the ability to use Stripe Connect to facilitate payments to suppliers who have provided goods or services.
